Function Code 17 – Divide

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This function causes one input S1 to be divided by a second input S2 and the quotient to

be multiplied by a constant S3.

The following equation describes the operation of this function:

Output = S3 * ( S1 / S2)

UTILIZATION

The EX block has two inputs S1 and S2 that need to be connected to the attributes for the

division and one more input S3 that multiplies the quotient.

EXPLANATION

The scalar input S3 has default value 1. This can be changed in the input configuration.

The compound also allows you to connect external inputs to S3.
